Dark Winter Nights

There were ice sculptures on display on the Park Strip, so we ventured out to see them. We are lucky we got out when we did because we got warm weather and winds the next day and everything melted.

There were big ice blocks...

...tunnels carved into the snow...

...a big amphitheater with 10 foot high walls...

...decorated ice blocks...

...and ice frozen into traffic cones with LED lights connected to motion detectors.

From the Park Strip we went to Town Square to see more ice sculptures. This was one of the favorites.

I'm so glad you went before it all melted in the chinook!
