Despite all the rain we've been having lately, it was a beautiful day on Sunday. We decided to meet up with Grandma and Grandpa and head out to Beluga Point. Grandpa took the kids hiking up on the rocks.
We found a new friend. No matter where the girls went, this little puppy followed them. Even when they tried to take him back to his owner, he just turned right back around and found them again.
The girls love finding rocks to pose on.
We did not see the train go by, but the girls liked
standing on the tracks and looking for it.
The favorite activity was throwing rocks. Our little guy chose not to go exploring and spent the majority of the time throwing as many rocks as he could into the water. Grandpa tried to teach the kids how to skip rocks and amazed them with his skills.
She wanted to bring this home, but I had to convince
her that it would not fit in the car.
We stopped at Potter's Marsh on the way home to see the fish.
Just as we were leaving, we spotted this rainbow.
The perfect end to a beautiful day.
