Polar Bear Party

The Alaska Zoo had a birthday party for the polar bears, so we took the girls.  They loved seeing the birthday cake made out of snow and covered with fish and fruit.  Bri was impressed with how the polar bear put a whole orange in his mouth, ate the fruit, and spit out just the peel. We also saw the zoo volunteers feed the seals and get them to perform a couple of tricks.  It was so much fun to get outside and spend some time as a family during these dark and cold winter days.
